Treveri Law now focuses only on estate and legacy business planning and education through our cooperation with Williams Mediations & Arbitration, LLC, which provides mediation and dispute resolution services for Estates, Families, Sibling Conflict, and Family Business Disputes. We do not engage in general litigation, DWI, or plaintiffs' work. In fact, we loathe the adversarial legal procedure so much that we will not represent clients in contested probate or estate cases. Rather than creating difficult situations, we specialize in and enjoy undertaking strategic legal planning with families and company owners. Throughout our many years of working with clients on estate planning, we have tried to promote holistic approaches to communicate with family members, fiduciaries, and heirs. Our collaboration with Williams Mediations & Arbitrations, LLC is an extension of our idea of alternative conflict resolution. First, a sound plan must be carried out, the intended recipients must be educated, and any disagreements, infighting, or conflict should be settled through adult communication channels rather than drawing lines on the battlefield.
