It has been an honor and a pleasure for Angela to follow her active-duty U.S. Army husband through his career. She is now living in Colorado Springs full-time and is thrilled to have returned to her job and calling. It is her desire to provide dynamic, dedicated, and client-focused legal representation in court.
Angela enjoyed her first few years as a lawyer when she worked for a big law firm and helped big businesses and institutions. But now that she works for a small law firm, she gets to use the skills and experience she gained there to help individuals and small businesses.
It was with great honor that Angela got her bachelor's degree in political science from Austin Peay State University in 1996. One of the awards she received there was being named a Harry S. Truman Scholar. It was 1999 when she got her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. She was an editor for the Tennessee Law Review, a community judge, and a member of both the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi while she was in law school.
Angela is a lawyer who is qualified to work in both Colorado and Tennessee. In 1999, she was admitted to the Tennessee State Bar. In 2000, she was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. In 2014, she was admitted to the Colorado State Bar, and in 2015, she was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. In civil litigation, she has worked with family law, business, job, real estate, and probate cases.
