Gregory C. Starkey established the Birmingham Men's Law Firm to protect the interests of husbands, dads, and other men involved in divorce, family law, and other legal proceedings. The firm provides legal services with the client's best interests in mind. Because of his dedication to the client, Mr. Starkey was appointed by the Alabama Supreme Court to the Advisory Committee on Child Support Guidelines and Enforcement.
Mr. Starkey earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where he made the Dean's List. He later earned his legal degree from the Birmingham School of legal, where he graduated in the top ten of his class.
Mr. Starkey has been practicing law since 2004. During that time, he has also handled bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, evictions, and tax law concerns. This diversified history is extremely valuable to his Family Law clients, as many have faced similar circumstances leading up to their divorce, custody, or family law case.
Mr. Starkey has personal experience with divorce and has witnessed conflict on both sides. He sympathizes with his clients and goes to great lengths to achieve the finest possible results.
